Family and Education

Oluebube Nwagbo is a Nigerian actress, model, entrepreneur, philanthropist and television producer. She was born on 24th February, 1983 in Anambra, south eastern part of the country. She's the eldest of six children. She completed both her primary and secondary education in Warri, Delta State and obtained both her first school leaving certificate and West African senior school certificate. While still in school, she was involved in drama and performing arts. 

After completing her secondary school education, she proceeded to Federal Polythenic Oko in Anambra and obtained a National Diploma before moving to Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra and graduated with a degree in mass communication.

Career

She became a part of Nollywood at the age of twenty in 2003. She started attending auditions and acted insignificant roles before rising to star status with movies like Arrested by Love, Eyes of the Nun and Before My Eyes. These movies brought her to the attention of movie directors. She’s currently one of the highest paid actresses in the country earning a minimum of two million naira per movie. 

In 2003, for the movie Widow's Cult, she was paid seven million for the role to shave her hair but her actual payment is between two and four million for a role. She's regarded as one of the most beautiful actresses in the country. She has acted in nothing less than one hundred and fifty movies and acts mostly in romantic movies.

Relationship

About her marital status, she has discredited claims about her controversial romantic relationships in interviews. She confirmed that she hasn’t yet married. 

Businesses

In 2012, she inaugurated her hair salon ‘Posh Hair’ and an entertainment company called “Posh World Production.” Through these businesses she has purchased landed properties worth millions making her one of the richest actresses in the country. She lost her mother in January 2021 through an undisclosed ailment.
