44th American President and the first black American President, Barrack Obama was spotted at the swearing-in ceremony of the 46th American President and former Vice President, Joe Biden.
Barrack Obama was seen with his beautiful wife and women advocate, Michelle at the event alongside other dignitaries. One person that is yet to be seen at the inauguration is the outgoing President, Donald Trump.
