Sandra Bullock had previously listed the property for sale for $6.5M, but finally settled for the sum of $4.175M.
The lead actress of "Miss Congeniality" and "Gravity" who twice was the highest paid actress sold her home on Tybee Island alongside the guest house, both properties which she bought in 2001 and 2002.
The main house, measuring 3,360 sq. ft contains four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and assembled from five lots.
The downstairs includes a living room, kitchen with a wine chiller and a butler's pantry, and a dinning room. Upstairs, the home has three major bedrooms with a lounge and an ocean view.
The insanely huge property also has a walkaway to the beach, but has no parking nearby.
