Breaking Records: Omo Ghetto "The Saga" Officially Becomes the Highest Grossing Movie In Nigeria's History

Blockbuster Nollywood movie, Omo Ghetto "The Saga" has become the highest grossing movie in Nigeria's history.

Omo Ghetto "The Saga" overtook popular sequel, "Wedding Party 2" who grossed a little over 500 million naira to officially hold the title as the highest Nigeria grossing movie.

Since its release on the 25th of December, 2020 Omo Ghetto has grossed over 550 million naira till date. In its opening week, the film grossed over 188 million naira, becoming the first film in Nollywood's history to accumulate such amount since "The Wedding Party 2" that grossed 99 million naira. 

Omo Ghetto is still showing in cinemas so it could go all the way to reach a billion naira.
