Kim Kardashian To Keep $60M Calabasas Mansion Jointly Acquired With Kanye West In Latest Divorce Saga

Kim Kardashian is reportedly set to keep the $60 million dollars Hidden Hills mansion she shared with Kanye West and her children in the ongoing divorce saga.

The couple purchased the residence back in 2014 for $20 million dollars but didn't move in until renovations were completed. The former couple finally moved in after spending $40 million in renovations.

Sources confirm that Kim actually owns the land but Kanye owns the building. However, both have agreed that Kim and her four children will have the house and can live in it. Kim personally loves the house and has voiced her admiration for it because her family live within a block of her in the same community.

Kim officially filed for a divorce last month, bringing an end to her six years of marriage to Kanye West. The former couple have been having unresolved issues in their marriage, with Kim accusing Kanye West of disrespecting her by calling her out on live TV for cheating, as well as sharing the family's private lives.
